Acupuncture
A considered approach, using fine needles at selected points on the body.

Small needles. Time for you.
Acupuncture involves inserting fine needles through the skin at selected points. Your first visit begins with a discussion of your health history and priorities, so your practitioner can assess whether it is appropriate for you.
What to expect
If you decide to proceed, your practitioner will explain needle placement and what you may feel. You can ask questions, request an adjustment or stop the session at any time.
Suitability & safety
Possible effects include soreness, minor bleeding, bruising or feeling faint. Rare complications can be serious. Tell your practitioner about pregnancy, medicines, bleeding disorders and other health conditions before treatment.
Session lengths, product availability and prices will be confirmed with you before booking or purchase. Complementary care does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
