Analytics is currently not configured. Accepting analytics records your preference but does not load Google Analytics. There are no advertising scripts, remote font requests or automatically loaded review widgets.
Optional Google map
The map loads automatically after you accept optional cookies or enable Google Maps in Cookie settings, and on later visits while that preference remains valid. It stays off before consent and when declined. Loading it permits Google to receive your IP address and browser information and potentially use cookies or other storage under Google’s privacy policy. Google controls any third-party cookie names and durations, which can vary with your browser and Google settings. The map can be used whether analytics is accepted or declined.
Your map choice is stored for up to 180 days. Choose Hide map or switch Google Maps off in Cookie settings to withdraw this consent, remove the embed and stop further requests from it; use your browser settings to clear any existing Google storage. The address and external directions link remain available without loading the map.
Form security verification
The enquiry form uses hCaptcha to help prevent automated abuse. Its security script and widget load automatically on pages containing the enquiry form, and successful verification is required before submission. This security step is separate from your analytics choice. hCaptcha may use cookies or similar technologies for its service; provider-controlled names and durations can vary. Read hCaptcha’s privacy policy and our privacy notice. You can call the clinic if you prefer not to use online verification.
Make or change your choice
On your first visit, choose Accept optional cookies, Decline optional cookies or Manage preferences. You can enable Google Maps and analytics separately in preferences. Accept and decline are equally prominent. Both optional services are off before consent. Your preference expires after 180 days; a material policy change will trigger a fresh choice.

Withdrawing consent
Switch Google Maps or analytics off and save your preferences. Turning Maps off removes the embed; this does not clear existing Google storage, which you can manage in your browser. We stop analytics, remove accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies and reload the page if analytics had already started. Information already collected is not automatically erased; contact the business to exercise applicable data rights.
If your browser blocks cookies, we cannot remember your preference. Optional analytics and Maps will stay off on subsequent page loads until you opt in again.
Google Analytics
When enabled with consent, Google Analytics helps the business understand page visits and device types. We disable advertising personalisation and Google Signals in our website configuration. Enquiry fields are never sent by our code, and query strings and anchors are excluded from the page address reported. Before enabling analytics, the business must disable unnecessary enhanced-measurement events and review Google’s processing terms.
